That provides the foundation for researching the heredity variety and the relation of the buckwheat. 通过对影响PCR扩增反应的诸多因素进行分析和优化筛选,建立了适宜云南荞麦野生种RAPD反应的最佳反应体系,为研究荞麦野生种的遗传多样性和种间亲缘关系奠定了基础。
